Ohio State Honors Shelley Zimmerman

The Ohio State University’s Department of Sociology recognized San Diego Buckeye and Sociology alumna, Shelley Zimmerman, with an article on how her degree in criminology and criminal justice shaped her successful police career. As many of you are aware, she served as San Diego’s first female Chief of Police and retired earlier this year after 35 years as a law enforcement officer.
